2 Bay Area mountain lion cubs rescued after mother killed by vehicle, officials say
Two mountain lion cubs are in the care of the Oakland Zoo after their mother was hit by a car.
The cubs are estimated to be six to 10 weeks old and were given medical treatments at the zoo.
They will stay at the zoo until they can be placed in permanent homes. [ more ]
